The IT systems and software procedures used to operate the website acquire certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This concerns information that is not collected to be associated with identified Users but which, by its very nature, could—through processing and association with data held by third parties—make it possible to identify them.

These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to monitor its proper functioning. The data may also be used to ascertain liability in the event of cybercrimes against the website.
Processing is carried out in pursuit of the Data Controller’s legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
