Shipping policy
Free shipping on all orders of €35 or more delivered in Italy and the Islands.
Delivery times are:
- Italy: 1–3 business days.
- Islands and European Union countries: 3–5 business days.
Delivery times run from order confirmation and may vary during periods of high demand or holidays.
Shipping and delivery costs, according to the selected method, are indicated in the order summary and may depend on current promotions, the number of items in the cart, the total order amount, and the payment method.
Barò delivers directly to the address indicated when you placed the order, on the ground floor; consequently, the ordered goods travel entirely at Barò’s risk. Risk shall transfer to the Customer upon delivery of the goods by the carrier appointed by Barò to handle the shipment.
Check the integrity of the shipment upon delivery; verify both the condition of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative conformity of the products.
In the event of any damage or shortages, promptly report them to the carrier and refuse delivery.
Acceptance of the goods without raising an objection or reservation with the carrier, which must be noted on the transport document, constitutes acknowledgment that the delivery of the purchased goods conforms in terms of quantity and quality. The right of withdrawal under the Terms and Conditions set out in this document remains unaffected.
Carriers are not authorized to leave the purchased goods unattended. Therefore, when placing the order, indicate any delivery preferences in the notes.
Barò guarantees the replacement of products damaged during transport or delivery at no additional cost to the Customer, upon notification to Barò Customer Service. Likewise, the delivery of supplies that were not requested and/or differ from what was requested may be reported.
